About The Position
Gross Residential is a dynamic development, construction, and property management firm with over 35 locations throughout northeast Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Founded in 1916, four generations of family ownership have poised us for another unique period in the company's rich history. We develop projects and oversee the construction of apartments, townhomes and condominiums. We market and sell the homes, while maintaining ownership of and managing the apartment communities. As our Maintenance Technician, you must have working knowledge of all aspects of residential facility maintenance (basic plumbing, electrical, & mechanical) including the ability to troubleshoot problems and provide exceptional customer service. This is a full time position with on-call rotations.

Responsibilities
- Completes a broad range of preventive maintenance and repairs
- Responds to work orders
- Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins
- Maintain buildings interior and exterior, grounds upkeep
- Appliance installation & repair
- Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures
- Basic HVAC maintenance
- Knowledgeable with hand & power tools
- Maintains safe and clean working environment
- All other duties as assigned
