About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team supporting a higher education campus environment with multiple locations. This role involves weekly and bi-weekly travel to two additional campus sites, and a company vehicle will be provided for travel. In addition to general maintenance tasks, this position requires experience with snow removal and carpentry. The Maintenance Technician will perform duties such as changing light bulbs, cleaning spills, emptying trash, light mechanical maintenance, and carpentry repairs. They will also do regular housekeeping to keep areas clean and safe, and report safety hazards and larger maintenance problems to the customer.
