As a Plastipak Maintenance Technician , you will perform, monitor, and continuously improve preventative maintenance programs while supporting reliable, efficient manufacturing operations. Requirements

Ability to work Monday–Friday, 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Minimum of two (2) years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment
Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems , with proven troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including manuals, blueprints, and schematics
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet , with or without reasonable accommodation

Nice To Haves

Preferred experience with Gem Wheel, Husky, Sidel, Palletizer, and Airveyor equipment

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance on blow molding and injection molding equipment to ensure uninterrupted and optimal operations
Execute and continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures
Participate in equipment changeovers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Repair and rebuild spare parts as needed
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures
Expand your technical expertise through formal training and hands-on experience, including new equipment installations and modification projects
