Maintains electrical systems for equipment. Perform preventive maintenance system to maximize production time and minimize down time.Dismantles machines or equipment, replaces defective parts and motors, and adjusts feed mechanisms.Cleans and lubricates machine parts such as shafts, pulleys, gears, and bearings.Replaces or repairs machine belts.Removes dust, dirt, grease, and waste material from machines.Paints machines or equipment to prevent corrosion.Bends, cuts, and threads pipe, cuts openings in walls, ceilings, and floors for pipes, and seals pipe joints with sealing compound. Assemble, reconfigure or move parts for workstations & other furnishings.Patches or replaces plaster board and paints walls, ceilings, and trim of building.Clears clogged drains and replaces plumbing fixtures.Operates welding machine to repair or join metal parts.Cleans work area, tools, and equipment.Operates forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts as requiredPerforms other routine duties as necessaryTroubleshoot control circuits in production equipmentImplement electrical/electronic improvements on equipment for better and safer performanceAnalyzing electronic components and systems to design and develop improvements to PLC systems, mixing processes and production lineEvaluating operational systems and recommending design modifications to eliminate causes of malfunctions and improve productivityRepair and maintenance of all electronic and electrical systems of all production operationsPerform other duties when requested

Requirements

High school diploma
Four years maintaining manufacturing equipment
Forklift Certification

Responsibilities
