About The Position
Maintenance Technician Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. A valid Alabama Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Good physical and emotional health including the ability to perform duties described in essential functions. Effective interpersonal communication skills. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable. Reports to: School Principal, Construction/School Maintenance Supervisor Job Goal: To provide students with a safe, clean, attractive, and reasonably comfortable facilities and to protect the investment in building, grounds, and equipment Terms of Employment: Twelve-month contract (240 days).
