Requirements
- Experience with or desire to learn skills such as:
- HVAC, painting, plumbing,
- Pool maintenance, grounds
- Drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
- Must have valid Driver's License
- Hiring bonus will be split in two. First half on the first paycheck and the rest after 90 days.
Nice To Haves
- EPA or CPO certification a plus!
Responsibilities
- "Own" your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
- Complete resident and property service requests
