About The Position

Our mission is to create communities where everyone wants to be and no one wants to leave; including our staff. We are seeking a full-time, experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and have great attention to detail. Tasks include, but are not limited to: Make Ready Apartment Homes Preventative Maintenance Work Order Completion during both normal business hours and after hours for emergency repairs Assist in the purchase, installation, repair and maintenance of various plumbing, heating, air conditioning fixtures and appliances Snow Removal during winter months Performs maintenance inspections

Requirements

Must work well in a team environment
Problem solver with a high sense of urgency
Ability to work well without supervision
Strong attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Aptitude for general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
HVAC required
Exceptional customer service skills
Safe and neat work habits
2-3 years verifiable experience
Background check and drug testing required.
