About The Position
ADDBAC IS SEEKING A SKILLED AND RELIABLE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN TO SUPPORT DAILY OPERATIONS BY ENSURING ALL EQUIPMENT, MACHINERY, AND FACILITIES ARE OPERATING SAFELY AND EFFICIENTLY. THIS ROLE IS CRITICAL TO MINIMIZING DOWNTIME, SUPPORTING PRODUCTION GOALS, AND MAINTAINING A SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT.
Requirements
- Must be able to successfully pass a background screening
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting principles
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces when necessary
Nice To Haves
- Basic understanding of PLCs and automated systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment and facility systems
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and implement timely solutions
- Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce equipment failures and extend asset life
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and work orders
- Inspect and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility upkeep
- Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment performance and reliability
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies
- Assist with installation and setup of new equipment or machinery
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes
