About The Position

As a member of the team, the primary role of a Maintenance Technician is to ensure the overall cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the facilities. This role is responsible for inspections and repairs to handling electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks. A crucial part of this role is to keep detailed records and coordinate with external vendors, when necessary to ensure the property is always in top-notch condition, enhancing the satisfaction of both staff and visitors alike. Key Components of the role will include: Managing preventive maintenance programs. Troubleshooting and general repair projects around the Shops. Setting up for special events Why Join US?
