About The Position

If so, we'd love to hear from you. We're currently looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team for an immediate, full-time role at our bustling seafood processing facility. You'll play a vital part in keeping our equipment running efficiently and safely - ensuring our operations never miss a beat. This position is 40 hours per week, with plenty of opportunities for overtime if you're looking to earn more. We also offer a full benefits package, including paid vacation, sick time, holidays, health insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment, performing preventive maintenance, responding to equipment issues, and ensuring everything runs with minimal downtime. You'll work closely with our production team to keep things moving, troubleshoot problems as they arise, and make recommendations to improve efficiency and safety. Expect to handle everything from basic facility maintenance to emergency repairs, inspections, part replacements, and more. You'll also help manage parts inventory and document any downtime or maintenance activity. We're searching for someone who is creative, reliable, and not afraid to get their hands dirty. Ideally, you have previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance setting and are comfortable identifying and resolving mechanical issues.
