Apply now! Qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Two (2) years of hands-on maintenance experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc. required. Three (3) of multi-family property management or other building maintenance experience preferred. Ability to perform basic arithmetic skills, including measurement in order to do basic calculations, estimating, and determining averages. Demonstrated ability to use independent judgment and discretion to make decisions designed to achieve the Company’s goals. Demonstrated experience in safe handling and use of tools normally used in construction, maintenance, and landscaping, including but not limited to circular saw, power drill, bench grinder, string trimmer, hedge trimmer, power floor cleaner, carpet cleaner, paint sprayer, ladders, pressure washers, etc. Basic computer skills and ability to operate standard office equipment. Ability to transport up to 50 pounds variable distances and to access and work in confined spaces or heights in excess of 8-9 feet. Familiar with all types of surfaces and respective cleaners. Experience in carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. Understanding of Lock Out/Tag Out procedures. Position requires driving responsibilities (may use Company provided vehicle and/or personal vehicle). Must possess valid driver’s license. Must satisfactorily meet and be in compliance with Company motor vehicle policy standards.
