Part-Time Maintenance Technician Imperial Pointe Nicholasville, KY Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 12:00 PM Looking for a reliable part-time opportunity with consistent hours and a strong team? Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
- HVAC, plumbing, and electrical skills a plus
- EPA Certification a plus, not required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and climb stairs/ladders as needed
- Basic tools and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
- Respond to work orders promptly
- Help maintain community curb appeal, cleanliness, and safety
- Assist with unit turns and seasonal upkeep
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures
