Requirements
- Experience in building maintenance and grounds keeping, required
- Reliable transportation, required
Responsibilities
- Complete service requests: minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and miscellaneous repairs
- Maintain interior and exterior common areas
- Prepare apartments for move ins
- Complete emergency and preventative repairs to prevent damage or deterioration.
- Operate maintenance equipment (Including, but not limited to; saws, drills, power washers, paintbrushes, drywall, nail guns, hammers, screwdrivers, electrical tools/ devices, plumbing tools/ devices, cleaning equipment, rental equipment, lifts, ladders
