The Maintenance Technician Position will be responsible for performing advanced mechanical and entry-level electrical troubleshooting on production and facility equipment. This technician independently performs repairs, executes PMs, and supports continuous improvement projects. Requirements

3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience (food or manufacturing preferred).
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Working knowledge of electrical systems, including multimeter use and reading electrical schematics.
Familiarity with PLC inputs/outputs and basic control systems.
Knowledge of welding, fabrication, or machining.
Strong understanding of GMPs and sanitation requirements.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
High School Diploma.

Nice To Haves

Technical Trade Degree/Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical systems, including gearboxes, bearings, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic components.
Perform basic electrical troubleshooting on motors, sensors, photo eyes, and control circuits (up to 480V).
Conduct intermediate-level PMs and Predictive Maintenance activities.
Complete assigned Standardized Work tasks.
Assist with installation, startup, and modification of production equipment.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and spare parts usage in CMMS.
Support root cause analysis efforts and implement corrective actions.
Train and mentor Maintenance Technician I employees.
Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety, LOTO, and plant safety programs.
