Requirements

2+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Self-motivated with strong troubleshooting skills and a sense of urgency
Comfortable using hand and power tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities

Nice To Haves

5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
Completion of a technical program in industrial machine/ maintenance technology, manufacturing technology or other related field
Experience with PLCs, VFDs, or automation systems
Familiarity with lean manufacturing or TPM methodologies
Willing and able to work off-shifts and/or weekends

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime
Conduct inspections, calibrations, and adjustments to maintain safety and operational standards
Work collaboratively with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to address recurring issues and support continuous improvement
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Support installation and commissioning of new equipment or system upgrades
Follow all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies
