As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll handle preventive work, troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and keep operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, problem-solving, and maintaining systems with precision.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English to perform job duties effectively and safely.
• High School Diploma or Equivalency

Nice To Haves

• 2 – 3 years of qualified maintenance experience
• Education – 2-year degree from a technical or trade school

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections
• Perform resets, PC/PLC reboots, and calibrations
• Interpret wiring schematics, diagrams, and manuals
• Support plant safety practices: OSHA, PPE, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, Arc Flash
• Assist with building systems: electrical panels, chillers, fire suppression
• Log work in the CMMS and share notes across shifts
• Participate in TPM/Lean improvements and root-cause analysis
