We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to safely maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment at the Clinton, MO plant. Shift: 6p-6a on the 2,2,3 schedule (train on days 6a-6p for about 2 months before moving to nights) Pay: $22.66-$31.72 depending on experience

Requirements

  • Experience in troubleshooting electrical panels
  • Experience with 480v 3 phase systems, 24v control PLC, relay logic, drive knowledge
  • Ability to read, comprehend and follow complex troubleshooting instructions and identify parts from equipment maintenance manuals.
  • Physically capable of moderate to heavy transferring of objects up to 100 pounds.
  • Must have ability to perform electrical troubleshooting on equipment.
  • Ability to access areas above head levels and work with both hands simultaneously.
  • Ability to receive, comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Possess a positive attitude and be able to work without supervision in a team environment.
  • Ability to operate all plant production equipment.

  • Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices and good housekeeping guidelines.
  • Must follow safety guidelines, wear designated Personal Protective Equipment and meet OSHA safety requirements.
  • Must be able to identify and understand customer requirements.
  • Maintain complete familiarity with production and support equipment.
  • Perform project work as assigned.
  • Responsible for completing all paperwork such as work orders, parts usage sheets and misc. logs as required.
  • Know all safety requirements for Lock Out/Tag Out, Hazard Com. Std. And equipment specific safety procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment.
  • Hazardous waste handline/shipping
