Much more available online at: https://bhbhospital.com/ Position Summary: Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire is seeking a part-time Maintenance and Technician to perform a variety of building maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, test and inspections of physical plant equipment, preventive maintenance and various janitorial duties with minimal supervision. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required; two years of technical or trade school preferred.
Must have at least 2 years' experience performing general maintenance, basic mechanical engineering, and repairs on facility equipment and property structures.
Experience in operating a variety of hand/power tools and equipment ensuring proper safety precautions.
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry is a plus.
Experience with compliance with The Joint Commission, EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software Suite preferred.
