Whether you're trimming trees or fixing a broken lock, your efforts help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers. What You'll Do: Maintain facility grounds through mowing, trimming, debris removal, and seasonal landscaping Respond to weather events with snow/ice removal to ensure safe access for customers and staff Prepare storage units for turnover, meeting company cleanliness and readiness standards Conduct routine facility checks to identify and address maintenance or safety issues Operate and maintain basic tools and equipment for landscaping and light repairs Perform interior cleaning, including carpet care and common area upkeep Complete minor repairs, replace lighting, and support general building maintenance Log maintenance activities and report key issues to site leadershi Uphold StorageMart’s “Easy, Clean, Service” standards in all task Work independently while coordinating with on-site and regional teams
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Able to work independently
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working outdoors
- Comfortable using power tools and basic maintenance equipment
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Prior maintenance, custodial, or groundskeeping experience preferred
