About The Position

Maintain, Troubleshoot and Repair Equipment and Facility as Required Comply with all applicable Quality Management System (QMS) requirements

Requirements

  • High School Graduate/ or Equivalent
  • Machine Repair Experience
  • Knowledge of OSHA Requirements
  • Knowledge of Electronics
  • Knowledge of Hydraulics
  • Knowledge of Pneumatics
  • Hi-Lo experience and certification

Responsibilities

  • Perform all required and scheduled daily, weekly, monthly, bi-annual and annual preventative maintenance activities per work instructions, procedures and quality system requirements.
  • All tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Ability to read schematics and experience with PLC Programs.
  • Maintain all preventative maintenance records, documents as per QMS requirements.
  • Permanently Identify all equipment and maintain records.
  • Ensure Facility is kept clean and free of debris.
  • Ensure that Safety Energy Controls are present on all applicable equipment and functioning.
  • Report all Safety Nonconformance's to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Daily Press PM checks/record findings.
  • Daily Weekly Monthly Bi-Annual Annual All Presses Hi-Lo's Air Storage Tank All Presses Air Compressor All Presses CMM A/C AutoStake
