About The Position

Maintenance Technician H4 Enterprises is seeking a Maintenance Technician position with experience in one or more of the following skill sets: Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance Mechanic Journeyman Plumber Journeyman Electrician Painter This position is located at Fort Bragg NC and will require multiple years of experience Must be able to pass background examination and secure clearance prior to starting the position Key Personnel Qualifications Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician: The HVAC Technician must have three (3) years of experience repairing and maintain HVAC systems be CFC Certified and possess a valid NC State W91247-20-R-9005 8 License for HVAC Group Type II as specified by the NC State Board of Examiners of plumbing, heating, and Air Conditioning. Maintenance Mechanic: The Maintenance Mechanic must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in working in Facility Maintenance Operations. The Maintenance Mechanic must possess a myriad of experience in Facility Maintenance Operations and have the requisite skills necessary to perform repair and preventive maintenance activities that include electrical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems. Journeyman Plumber: The Journeyman Plumber must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience maintaining and repairing building plumbing systems. The Journeyman Plumber must have the following minimum qualifications: a valid NC State Plumbing License, issued by the NC State Board of Examiners of Plumbing, Heating, and Fire Sprinkler Contractors. Be able to interpret and apply building plans, schematics, and blueprints; use shop mathematics and be skilled in the use of required plumbing tools and equipment such as tapes, rules, hacksaws, drain augers, pipe threaders, plumb bobs, and pipe wrenches. Journeyman Electrician: The Journeyman Electrician must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience maintaining and repairing building electrical systems. The Journeyman Electrician must the following minimum qualifications: The Journeyman Electrician must have a valid License issued by the NC Board of Electrical Contractors. An electrical license from another state may be acceptable if it qualifies under North Carolina's reciprocity process. Must be able to plan, layout and complete installation, modification and repair of various electrical systems, circuits, equipment, and controls. Must be skilled in the use of electrical testing equipment such as voltmeter, ammeter, wattmeter, and ohmmeter. Painter: The Painter must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in the painting profession. The Painter must have the following minimum qualifications: Knowledge of surface preparation and coating methods and techniques to achieve a final product. Experience in the use of tools such as sanders, scrapers, paint brushes, rollers, spray guns, and the operation of sand blaster. Be able to lift and move materials and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds as well as caulking, puttying, cement or plasters holes and cracks in walls and other surfaces. Requirements

  • Must be able to pass background examination and secure clearance prior to starting the position
  • HVAC Technician must have three (3) years of experience repairing and maintain HVAC systems
  • HVAC Technician must be CFC Certified
