About The Position

Keep our machines running smoothly! We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper operation of our manufacturing, shipping, and packaging machines. In this role, you’ll be responsible for routine preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, and escalating service needs to keep our production running efficiently. If you have at least 3 years of maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

3+ years of maintenance experience in production or manufacturing.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office preferred).
Ability to read and follow technical instructions.
High school diploma or GED required.
Capable of lifting up to 65 lbs and working in various conditions.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on production equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair machinery to minimize downtime.
Use diagnostic tools to determine repair needs.
Communicate with the Maintenance Manager and Plant Manager about machine status.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Ensure all safety measures and machine guards are in place.
Assist in machine setup and inspections.
Keep records of machine performance and maintenance activities.
Work with various equipment, including: Rewinder, Slitter, Sealer, Baggers, Bailers, Chop Saw, Air Compressor, Stretch-wrap machine, and more.
Identify and report potential machine issues or material concerns.
