Requirements

  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Knowledge of electric, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Hands-on experience with solenoids, breakers, drives, contactors, and motors (single-phase, multiphase, servo)
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong use of hand and power tools
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and follow detailed work instructions
  • Basic math skills and experience using calipers, rulers, tape measures, and scales
  • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
  • Able to manage small projects including sourcing materials and coordinating timelines

Nice To Haves

  • 8+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Welding and fabrication skills
  • Experience with PLCs and automation systems
  • Familiarity with manual lathe and mill operation
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes and industry best practices
  • Advanced computer and technical documentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform and document preventative maintenance on CNC mills, lathes, compressors, laser cutters, and more
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Read and interpret technical documentation including schematics, service manuals, and blueprints
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with OSHA and company standards
  • Create and manage work orders, purchase parts, and track inventory as needed
  • Collaborate with team members or work independently to complete tasks and projects
  • Communicate with equipment manufacturers and vendors for technical support or parts ordering
  • Safely work with a variety of hazards including high voltage (up to 480V), hot surfaces, sharp tools, and pressurized systems
