Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year in make-ready, maintenance, or similar field
- Comfort with hand tools and moderate-to-heavy physical demands (lift 50-100+ lbs, climb ladders, stand 90% of workday)
- Self-starter with problem-solving skills and a team-player attitude
Responsibilities
- Complete tasks like electrical, plumbing, and painting to high standards in a timely, cost-conscious manner
- Keep residents and team informed on progress, coordinating with vendors when needed
- Respond to emergencies during scheduled after-hours shifts (one week/month)
