Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in building maintenance (preferably in apartment or healthcare settings).
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods, along with familiarity with tools and maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance tasks, including wall, floor, furniture repairs, light plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
Carry out painting, refurbishing, and routine preventive maintenance as directed.
Assist with snow removal, maintain irrigation systems, and keep equipment and tools in working order.
