If you are interested in continuous learning and being involved in a quick-paced, safe environment, this position is for you” . – Martin Hicks, Maintenance Supervisor What you will do Execute assigned work orders and perform installation, maintenance and service tasks, including troubleshooting automation, electrical and mechanical equipment in accordance with instructions, standards and safe work practices Participate in equipment installations, upgrades and modifications, including monitoring and adjusting Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) software, and applying appropriate methods to identify and resolve recurring equipment or component issues Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions, supporting a reliability‑centered maintenance approach to improve equipment performance, reduce downtime and optimize production flow Conduct periodic inspections and evaluate repair requests, interpreting technical drawings, blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate diagnostics and effective planning of maintenance activities Maintain accurate and complete documentation, including condition monitoring records, work performed, parts used and required follow‑up actions, enabling equipment performance tracking and continuous improvement Work closely with production and other site teams, ensuring appropriate scheduling of maintenance activities, maintaining housekeeping standards, and providing guidance within own area of expertise (e.g. production, maintenance, energy, Health, Safety and Environment) Perform all duties in line with the company’s Occupational Health and Safety Standards and Guidelines Who you are You have vocational education You have minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience This is what we offer to you Safety and well-being – We care about each other and the well-being of our colleagues.
