About The Position

Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical) | Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield | Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance) | Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems | Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures While this job description aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the role, it may not detail every task or responsibility required.All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, and vision of the organization. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Two (2) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)
  • Required CertIfications/Licensures: (Current driver’s license and good driving record)
  • Communication

  • Some knowledge of electricity and electrical currents

Responsibilities

  • High priority to ensure equipment functionality with responsibility for production and quality along with general building maintenance.
  • Constant Monitoring all systems during operations.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Assist in the installation on new packaging lines.
  • Identify and proactively report equipment issues
  • Comply with all safety requirements
  • Stay compliant with site testing requirements for position
  • Complete and submit reports as required
  • Assist in Maintaining accurate and consistent spare parts inventory
  • Assist in site training
  • Participate in PHA’s and PSM audits
