Maintenance Technician
About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled CNC Manufacturing and Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the integrity and performance of our facility infrastructure and CNC equipment. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC maintenance and facility maintenance Strong communication skills to effectively interact with co-workers and outside suppliers Self-driven and proactive with the ability to work successfully with limited supervision Organized, reliable, and demonstrates a positive "can-do" attitude Basic math and computer skills are helpful

Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC machines and throughout the facility.
- Monitor and maintain proper coolant concentration levels.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues related to shop equipment.
- Read and interpret machine electrical prints, ladder diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
- Use precision test equipment for troubleshooting and calibration
- Troubleshoot CNC machines through their control panels and interfaces.
- Perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities and analyze TPM inspection reports.
