About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for maintaining shop equipment and facility systems, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and helping ensure a safe and efficient production environment. Requirements

• High school diploma
• 3–4 years of experience in a fabrication and manufacturing environment
• Certified welding certificate
• Forklift certification
• Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience
• Ability to read blueprints and perform fabrication and welding
• Strong reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to identify and specify replacement parts

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance
• Generate and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Recommend improvements to increase equipment efficiency
• Assist with equipment installations and upgrades
• Operate a forklift for material transport
• Support manufacturing operations as needed
