About The Position
Property Maintenance Technician Basic knowledge of home repairs and maintenance Will be working on small projects and repairing damage from guests You will be moving from property to property to complete various repairs during the day You will be working with a team leader to assist with more complicated repairs
Requirements
- Valid Drivers License
- Have your own basic personal hand tools
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to work as a team
- Pass a basic drug and background check

Benefits
- Pay will be based on experience ranging from $18 - $23.00 / hour
