About The Position

The Renaissance Baronette is seeking a Maintenance Technician for their team. This is a hands-on position that will assist in maintaining the repairs and upkeep of the hotel and restaurant projects.

Requirements

1 year Engineering\Maintenance Experience.
Ability to: Multi-task

Must maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times in accordance with policies.
You will be on your feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time) and taking a hands-on approach to your work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance).

Responsibilities

Complete hotel and restaurant repairs and perform preventative maintenance work to ensure quality maintenance standards are achieved.
Refurbish furniture and fixtures such as cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, windows and counters. Paint and finish furniture and fixtures if needed.
Ensure basic electrical and HVAC systems are in proper working order.
Check and make minor repairs on general plumbing systems and fixtures.
Report all work completed daily.
Respond in courteous manner to questions, complaints or requests from guests and associates.
Perform quality maintenance routines.
Perform general maintenance on property grounds/curb appeal/patrol grounds for trash
Snow removal and salt as needed.
Must maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times in accordance with policies.
Perform any duty requested of you by your supervisor.

Be willing to assist in any other department/task that may ask for his/her assistance.
