Perform a wide range of maintenance duties to install, troubleshoot, and maintain production machines and facility systems. Respond to emergency repairs and perform unscheduled maintenance on production and facility equipment Conduct skilled manual work in the construction, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing and infrastructure systems Perform daily and scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on facility and test bench equipment Oversee work performed by OEM technicians and contractors, ensuring compliance with site policies. Maintain working knowledge of plant systems including PLCs, VFDs, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and fuel/water delivery systems Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders to complete tasks accurately. Advise and assist operators on safe equipment usage and procedures Communicate potential issues and safety hazards to appropriate personnel Support installation and decommissioning of equipment, general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, etc. Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces in compliance with safety regulations. Support maintenance and production with special projects as needed Must be flexible to work overtime and/or adjust shift patterns as production needs change Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Sunday–Wednesday) Promote and uphold a compliance-focused culture and adhere to the Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct.
