Responsibilities include: Completing work orders and general repairs (drywall, painting, carpentry, etc.) Performing basic HVAC, appliance, and ventilation repairs Assisting with turnkey operations to prepare units for new residents Repairing plumbing fixtures, disposals, dishwashers, refrigerators, washers, and more Maintaining the property grounds: trash pickup, pressure washing, landscape upkeep Participating in an on‑call rotation and occasional weekend or non‑traditional schedule Following OSHA safety standards and reporting concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor Supporting the community with additional tasks as assigned What Makes You a Great Fit High school diploma/GED or vocational training 1+ years of maintenance experience (apartment, residential, commercial, handyman, DIY, etc.) preferred HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications are a big plus Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Ability to read/write in English at an intermediate level (diagrams, instructions, reports) Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask and meet deadlines Team‑oriented, professional, and resident‑friendly Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and on‑call as needed Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Ability to handle confidential resident information Bring your high energy, positive attitude, and passion for helping others—you’ll fit right in with our supportive and dedicated team!
