Rotational shifts Responsibilities: Maintain all FOAM, MFPP, and EPS equipment and apparatus with preventative and planned maintenance. Use electrical and mechanical prints, drawings, and schematics to aid with maintenance service instructions. Assist in the creation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and/or Maintenance Procedures (SOPs). All extrusion, thermoforming, and auxiliary equipment used in the FOAM, MFPP, and EPS processes must be diagnosed, troubleshot, and repaired/maintained, including infrared inspections, PMs, and maintenance. Completes papers on schedule and with accuracy. Evaluate your equipment and make any necessary upgrades to increase efficiency. Maintain a sanitary and secure work environment. Use tools and programs to fulfill work assignments. Working with AC/DC drives, high and low voltage controls, and systems operating at 110, 220, and 480 volts. All other obligations must be completed as required. Qualifications: Pneumatics, blueprint/schematic reading (mechanical/electrical), welding, shop equipment operation, and fabrication understanding are all essential skills. A two-year mechanical degree or four years of industrial maintenance experience are required. Welding experience, measurement instrument interpretation skills, and a working knowledge of pneumatics and vacuum systems are all necessary.
