Maintenance Technician
About The Position
As a Maintenance Technician, you responsible for assisting with performance of building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry; electrical; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); plumbing, etc.); Perform general cleaning. The position will be Monday-Friday with work hours from 7:00AM – 3:30PM. Some on-call hours may be required. Assist with small maintenance projects around facility such as basic repairs, maintain curb appeal, building interior, and exterior, painting, drywall, roofing, seasonal maintenance to include snow removal Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Operate and maintain a complete set of hand, power, and shop tools • Assist technician with repairs as they occur in a timely fashion • Assist with responding to emergency service calls for repair • Inspect and correctly diagnose standard malfunctions in equipment • Work with manager to estimate time and cost of repairs and cost of equipment • Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- 1-3 year of facilities experience
- Basic Experience with general Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry repairs
- Current/Valid Driver’s License
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Roofing a plus!
