Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
Grounds keeping or maintenance experience (required)
Experience with utilizing hand and power tools (required)
Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed
Ability to work outdoors in urban and rural environments
Ability to self-manage while working independently to complete team and company objectives

Responsibilities

Responds quickly to emergency maintenance situations
Learns skills necessary to complete the job and uses outside sources for troubleshooting
Is able to troubleshoot and brainstorm solutions to resolve maintenance issues
Communicates project status and follow-up dates on schedule to district manager
Prepares bids for projects to include time, materials, tools, and anything else necessary to complete the project
