Requirements

High school diploma/GED and targeted job related education.
Must have a valid Florida Driver's license.
Universal EPA Refrigeration Certificate.
Minimum two years of experience in HVAC/R role in commercial/residential setting.
Must have the ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

Responsible for performing repairs involving, but not limited to, carpentry, painting, plumbing and basic electrical HVAC work.
Performs routine and preventive maintenance as needed for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing functioning of HVAC/R systems.
Installs heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment for the purpose of providing enhanced and or/upgraded capabilities.
Diagnoses cause of problems and/or failures in heating/air.
Request equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of items required to complete the necessary installation and/or repair.
