Maintenance Technician- 3rd Shift
About The Position
MTNA - ETERNITY SYSTEMS Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in York, PA, USA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our washing and sanitizing industry equipment and facilities. This is a full-time 3rd shift, regular employment position that requires hands-on expertise and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. Shift Hours 10:00pm-6:30 M-F with Saturday on rotation for PMs. First & Second installations of automation have been completed. One more section of automation is scheduled before the end of the calendar year. Safety & Continuous improvement are top priorities. We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional who meets the following criteria:
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in York, PA, USA.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial washing equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Provide training and support to junior technicians as needed.
