About The Position

We currently have openings in our Maintenance area, where you'll be responsible for providing facility and equipment support, which includes maintaining, diagnosing, servicing and repairing machinery and other equipment, electrical work, plumbing, and general building and grounds maintenance. If you're detail-oriented, hardworking, and ready to be a key part of our maintenance process, this is the opportunity for you. This is an in-person, hourly position that plays an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
  • Basic computer and machine interface experience
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or schematics
  • Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Willingness to work scheduled overtime as production requires

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in industrial or facility maintenance preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, diagnose, service, and repair machinery, equipment, electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing fixtures
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components
  • Maintain building and grounds, including general carpentry and painting
  • Use hand and power tools, cutting and welding equipment, and measuring devices accurately
  • Fabricate and assemble metal parts and components
  • Work with electrical systems, including wiring, controls, and machine interfaces
  • Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow supervisor instructions and production schedules
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas
  • Observe all company safety rules and policies at all times
  • Report issues or discrepancies promptly to supervisors
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
