Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in the Rossford, OH area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30-35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), control system, and pneumatic issues Conduct welding repairs and mechanical adjustments to machinery or structural components as needed Assist with residential painting projects around the facility to maintain safety standards and aesthetic quality Monitor spare parts inventory

Requirements

3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong electrical knowledge including 480v and electrical controls
Experience with diaphragm and centrifugal pumps
Strong plumbing knowledge of pvc cpvc and steel
Knowledge of natural gas burners and convection burners
Ability to read technical schematics blueprints and mechanical drawings accurately
Skilled in welding techniques for repairing or fabricating metal components

Responsibilities
