About the Position: We're looking for someone who is motivated and ready to start a hands-on career as a Maintenance Technician. No experience is required; we will train you on the job! You will be able to learn and grow in an environment where you are supported every step of the way and have a clear path to advancement. With company paid certifications, on the job mentorship, and access to an online training platform, you will be set up for success.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physical/hands-on tasks in various weather conditions
- Must be a self-starter and flexible team player with strong problem-solving instincts
- Eager to grow and learn!
Responsibilities
- Performing hands-on maintenance tasks in and around our properties including appliance repair, apartment turns, and other work order requests.
- Addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Working closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly
- After hours duties as necessary including rotating on-call and snow removal
