Requirements

• General knowledge of basic maintenance procedures
• Basic knowledge of electrical and painting procedures as well as concrete repairs
• Flexible availability
• Self-motivated, responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours at a time, and work outdoors

Responsibilities

• Working on repairs, renovations and upgrades to parking lots and buildings as directed
• Communicating with subcontractors and vendors to coordinate orders, deliveries, parts, and work.
• Performing routine maintenance around facilities such as repairing structural damage, painting, wall repair and lighting
• Maintaining equipment in good working order
• Repairing and identifying potential safety hazards, using PPE when needed
• Communicating and working in a timely manner, keeping all informed of progress of assignments as necessary
