About The Position
Responsible for maintaining, trouble-shooting and repairing all production and support equipment.
Requirements
- Ability to recognize and understand hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical symbols and circuit diagrams (formal classes preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude
- Legible handwriting
- Able to work independently
- Ability to handle multiple activities
Responsibilities
- Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical machinery repair
- Responsible for providing PLC hardware support for the entire facility
- Machinery/equipment troubleshooting
- Responsible for keeping diagrams, drawings, records, and other documentation organized and easily accessible
- Preventive Maintenance (Oiling, greasing, cleaning)
- Ladder/Platform work as required
- Responding to Malfunction Reports
- Documentation of work completed
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Follow ISO Procedures
- Work weekends as required
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor
