Requirements

• Maintenance experience (Multifamily housing preferred)
• HVAC knowledge; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred
• Skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• HVAC knowledge

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and maintain community amenities
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Manage after-hours maintenance calls on a rotating basis
• Maintain inventory and ensure safety compliance
• Work closely with the team to provide excellent resident experiences
