About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, fabrication, and industrial machine repairs. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum experience required- 3 years in manufacturing industry
- MUST HAVE- Mechanical knowledge to perform repairs on various production equipment & machinery
- Strong electrical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting electrical systems
- Proficiency in fabricating and installing parts
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their repair
- Experience using CMMS for maintenance tracking and documentation
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage maintenance projects
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers
- Knowledge of proper plant startup and shutdown procedures.
- Forklift & Welding experience required
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs
- Fabricate and install parts as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery
- Conduct facilities maintenance
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
