About The Position

Maintenance Technician - Part Time Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Part Time Maintenance Technician for our Stoney Creek apartment community located in Laurinburg, NC. This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve apartment communities. In addition, they work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.

Requirements

• Candidates must have two plus years of verifiable maintenance experience.
• Proof of Car Insurance and a valid driver's license are required.

• HVAC certification and working experience preferred.
