About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Daytime Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep to ensure our customers’ facilities remain safe, clean, and fully operational. Hours may vary depending on work orders and job completion. Mandatory on call rotation once every 6 weeks.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience required.
- Basic knowledge of building systems and tools
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
- Conduct daily inspections of buildings, equipment, and grounds
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas
- Document tasks daily: Paperwork, Photos, Timesheets, Customer Portals.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Coordinate with management and vendors as needed
- Upkeep and cleanliness of company provided vehicle
