Position: Maintenance Technician - COA and HOA communities Location: Dayton Association District - Centerville, OH Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation Competitive Pay: $25-27 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Bring Your Skills If you enjoy variety, solving challenges, and making an impact, this role will put your skills to work every day: 2+ years of direct experience in general maintenance Residential exterior carpentry and general remodeling experience required, including painting, drywall repair, minor plumbing and electrical work, gutter and downspout cleaning and repair, as well as expertise in door and gate hardware repairs and wood trim replacement Effective communication skills and proficiency in basic computer or smartphone use Comfortable working on ladders to perform roof and siding repairs and gutter cleaning Must own basic hand tools for work use Valid driver’s license with a reliable truck or van and auto-insurance for work use Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position Make an Impact As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, well-maintained, and welcoming communities. Requirements

  • 2+ years of direct experience in general maintenance
