Maintenance Technician
About The Position

Requirements Perform on-going and preventative maintenance tasks as required. Troubleshoot and service appliances and equipment as needed. Complete life safety checklists and documentation. Perform apartment/room turnovers. Good mechanical ability and a general knowledge of mechanics. Possess basic knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC. General knowledge of maintenance equipment and ability to operate properly. Ability to work efficiently, with a minimum amount of super-vision. Possess a keen awareness of safety precautions necessary while performing duties. Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record. Required to maintain a good driving record. Job Type: Part-time; 3 to 4 days a week $18.00 - $20.00 per hour 8 hour shift Day shift
