You will perform intermediate-level diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and equipment adjustments to ensure efficient and reliable operation of manufacturing machines. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, self-motivated, and experienced with CNC grinding equipment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of preventive and predictive industrial maintenance experience.
  • Ability to perform troubleshooting with minimal technical direction.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with supervisors and team members.
  • Proficiency with basic hand tools and mechanical repair tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Strongly preferred: experience with CNC grinding equipment such as Walter, Ewag, Rollomatic, ANCA, Waida, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Examine and diagnose machinery issues; dismantle, repair, and reassemble equipment as needed.
  • Replace defective components and make necessary adjustments for optimal machine performance.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on coolant systems, mist collectors, and production machinery.
  • Clean filters, replace elements, and maintain lubrication/oil levels.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and maintenance areas.
  • Occasionally fabricate or modify replacement parts.
  • Provide training or guidance to less experienced maintenance staff when required.
